in-house renovation opportunities

The Summit County Land Bank welcomes qualified contractors, with experience in residential renovation, to submit proposals for the projects listed below. In order to be qualified to submit a proposal, interested contractors must first be registered to do business with the Summit County Land Bank. To register, please visit our Vendor Registration page to submit the Vendor Registration Form and Contractor Pre-Qualification Packet. All requirements must be met for any submitted proposal to be considered, including vendor registration, and deadlines for submissions will be strictly enforced.

The Summit County Land Bank is a non-profit community improvement corporation and is not subject to public bid requirements.

The Summit County Land Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any, or all, proposals, for any reason. Any request listed above is not a bid request. The Summit County Land Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any information or technical requirements contained within any request, scope of work, or Minimum Renovation Requirements, at any time, for any reason. Failure by the Summit County Land Bank Board of Directors, its officers, or its staff, to comply, or ensure compliance, with any request, scope of work, or Minimum Renovation Requirements, will not give any party the right to change, rescind, delay, or overturn any decision or transaction, or provide for any claim for damages or other relief, nor is failure to comply with the same a failure of a duty, of any kind, of the Summit County Land Bank Board of Directors, its officers, or its staff.  Submission of a response or proposal shall be deemed as an acceptance of these limitations and a waiver of any claims related to any request and/or the submission, attempted submission, acceptance, or rejection, of any response or proposal.
