It is important to note that not all work done by the Summit County Land Bank is posted as an RFP. This space is reserved for special projects for which the Summit County Land Bank has specifically issued an RFP and is seeking responses from qualified individuals, firms, teams or consultants. Those interested in doing work with the Summit County Land Bank on a regular basis (environmental, demolition, renovation, professional services, etc.), should visit the Vendor Registration page of this website and complete the Vendor Pre-Qualification Packet and Vendor Registration form.
